We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant to support our CEO and a key executive focused on business development. This person will help keep operations flowing smoothly, ensuring our team can stay focused on delivering high-impact client outcomes.

We’re seeking a proactive and resourceful virtual assistant who brings:
- At least 2 years of VA or remote admin experience
- A high degree of comfort with digital tools and platforms (especially Zoho)
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- The ability to self-manage and anticipate needs before being asked
- A positive, can-do attitude and professional presence
- Provide direct administrative support to the CEO and Business Development Executive
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence
- Prepare and format proposals using the provided content and tools
- Update databases, organize internal documentation, and coordinate shared resources
- Take initiative on assigned tasks while knowing when to escalate
- Participate in virtual team check-ins and maintain strong internal communication
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
- Experienced in CRMs, plus comfortable with Google Workspace and Microsoft tools
- Excellent with time management, confidentiality, and client communication
- Strong problem-solving skills and independent decision-making
- Responsive and adaptable across time zones (between PST and EST)
Nice-to-Have:
- Deep Zoho expertise (CRM, Projects, Mail, Docs, etc.)
- Experience supporting consulting or business development teams
