Your role at Dynatrace

As a Software Engineer Intern, you'll join an international team of developers working with cutting-edge technologies at the forefront of innovation in a top-tier software company.

At Dynatrace, you'll find countless projects and opportunities to work with various technologies across different fields—back-end, front-end, full-stack, AI / Data Science, and Security. Your specific focus will depend on your preferences, expectations, and educational level (HTL vs University / FH).

What We're Looking For

• Current studies in Software Engineering / Computer Science (University / FH and HTL from 3rd grade). Students focused on AI, Data Science and Security are also welcome to apply
• Knowledge of either Java, JavaScript, React, TypeScript or Python
• Availability to work on-site 4 days / week
• Strong English communication skills
• Creative team player with an independent working style and high-quality standards

Dynatrace is an international company, and English is our standard language: all applications must be submitted in English.

Your CV and transcript of grades are mandatory. Please upload the most current version of both documents.

We offer both Summer and Professional Internships across all our Austrian locations, ranging from a minimum of 4 weeks (HTL) or 6 weeks (University / FH) to a maximum of 6 months.

Please note that we only consider students with full-time availability (38.5 h / week) throughout the internship period.

For the best application experience, we recommend using your laptop rather than a mobile device.

Given the high volume of applications we receive every year, a few weeks will be needed to go through them and provide each candidate with a fair evaluation. You can expect feedback from us by the end of January.

Compensation And Other Information

We offer a monthly gross salary of €2,139 for HTL students and €2,632 for University and FH students.
