About the Role
We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Systems Engineer . You will be part of the Rollout & Support Operations cluster, responsible for the stability, support, and lifecycle of the company’s infrastructure services. In this role, you will manage and troubleshoot Windows and Azure environments, while also contributing to automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server and Azure systems.
- Ensure infrastructure stability, performance, and service continuity.
- Manage and improve monitoring for systems and infrastructure components.
- Provide 3rd-line support, collaborate closely with partners, and resolve complex incidents.
- Handle firewall, DNS, and DHCP requests.
- Perform patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management (Windows, Azure, Linux).
- Document configurations, procedures, and changes.
- Participate in technical meetings and support colleagues with infrastructure expertise.
- Translate technical concepts into user-friendly language for support and business teams.
- Automate deployment of software, scripts, and configuration tasks.
- Manage external suppliers for escalations, changes, and incident resolution.
Tasks
- Installation & configuration of Windows, Azure, and optionally Linux/OpenShift systems.
- Follow-up of incidents, problems, changes, and escalations.
- Support server systems (Windows, Azure, Linux, VMware/ESX).
- Ensure proper request handling and follow-up across IT teams.
- Maintain and evolve infrastructure documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external providers.

- DNS, DHCP
- Powershell scripting
- Git / GitLab
- Monitoring fundamentals (Zabbix, Dynatrace is a plus)
Assets / Nice-to-Have
- Linux: Red Hat 8/9, CentOS 9
- OpenShift 4.16+
- Automation: Powershell,Ansible, Bash
- Virtualization: Azure
- Applications: Jira, NetTerrain
- Network knowledge (firewall requests, diagnostics, troubleshooting)
Profile
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Windows infrastructure.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset.
- Experience in coordinating changes and small infrastructure projects.
- Rigorous, structured, and consistent in follow-up of incidents and tasks.
- Certifications (Windows, Azure, OpenShift, GIT, Ansible, Fortigate…) are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying technical topics.
- Team player, proactive, able to work under pressure and adapt priorities.
- Fluent in French & English (Dutch is an asset).
