Business Analyst

VASS is actively looking for a Business Analyst to work for our client EIB in Luxembourg.

Job responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements for each of applications.
• Translate requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to align priorities and scope.
• Support backlog grooming and sprint planning processes.
• Analyze workflows to identify automation opportunities and reduce redundancies.
• Ensure alignment of business goals with project deliverables.

Job requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Strong knowledge of requirements gathering and documentation.
• Knowledge in Jira and XRay.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to analyze complex processes and translate them into actionable requirements.
• Solid understanding of financial systems.
• Strong understanding of QA processes and bug lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with Agile testing strategies.

Mandatory Experience:

• The proposed profiles must have experience working on projects related to:
• Banking applications
• Lending Applications (i.e. Guarantee Calls, Cash & Liquidity Management, Rate Setting, Advisory Services, Capital Markets, Mandate
• Management)

Preferred Qualifications / Experience:

• Considered a plus a combination with a Testing profile.
• Familiar with BMC as service management tool.
• Experienced in working in international organizations.
• Experience in working in English.
• Experience with mobile and web application workflows.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex requirements.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles.
