Overview / Summary

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Java Backend).

  • Development of micro-services built using Java/Spring
  • Development of high performance applications which are secure and scalable
  • Code Reviews and Quality Assurance: Conduct comprehensive code reviews to maintain code quality and identify areas for improvement. Implement robust testing strategies to ensure the reliability and stability of full-stack solutions.
  • Innovation and Research: Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in software development. Conduct research and experimentation to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement in user experience, performance, and scalability.
  • Problem Solving: Troubleshoot technical issues and performance bottlenecks, proposing and implementing effective solutions. Ensure high levels of reliability, scalability, and maintainability in full-stack solutions.

Must Have

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development.
  • Proficiency in Java and Spring framework for back-end development.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
  • Solid grasp of database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Nice To Have

  • Nice to have knowledge of Client-Server Architectures, Low Level protocols, Threads, Event driven architectures, Authentication, Cryptography
  • Proficiency in testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, JUnit).
  • Previous experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
