A leading european industrial integrator known for their expertise in piping, modular construction and detailed designs within highly regulated sectors is urgently seeking a Senior Project Manager who can demonstrate a strong working attitude and will come up with innovative solutions to help the organisation drive the project forward.

As a Project Manager you will join a strong established team and lead a significant new piping construction project within a major bio-refinery in Rotterdam. This position is centred on achieving operational excellence, guaranteed profitability, and superior client relations. The successful execution of project deadlines and core objectives is paramount

Core Responsibilities

• Leading a complex, large-scale project from initiation through completion.
• Designing, implementing, and monitoring project management processes to ensure best-practice compliance.
• Driving process optimisation, identifying gaps, and implementing corrective solutions to enhance productivity.
• maintaining a hands-on approach by personally executing key tasks including detailed planning, invoicing, and negotiation.
• Ensuring quality management, compliance with regulatory standards, and rigorous risk mitigation.

Essential Skills

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience is required in piping construction.
• Possession of an Engineering degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical fields.
• Project management certification is essential.
• Significant experience in managing complex, large-scale projects.
• Possesses an in-depth understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Demonstrates strong analytical skills for process gap analysis and solution development.
• A high degree of organizational skill and the ability to meet stringent deadlines.
