Role: Scrum Master Location: Hybrid, Porto, Portugal Required skills: 5+ years of experience in a similar role Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and ability to apply them flexibly in hybrid or non-product environments.

Proven experience in guiding mixed or distributed teams through agile adoption.

Ability to connect and align priorities between business stakeholders, IT, and Tech teams.

Skilled in facilitation, conflict resolution, and cross-team coordination.

Experience implementing agile performance and reporting structures (velocity, burndown, WIP).

Capability to drive cultural change and build agile maturity across organizations.

Proficiency in Jira and Azure DevOps (board configuration, reporting, dashboards, workflows).

Understanding of agile delivery metrics and their use for steering distributed teams.

Experience with agile scaling or hybrid delivery models is a plus.
