Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Software Engineer located in the Bucharest Metropolitan Area. The Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain software solutions to support the organization’s goals. Responsibilities include back-end web development, full-cycle programming, contributing to software development projects, and integrating object-oriented design principles. The position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-performance solutions that align with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development concepts
• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Programming
• Experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) techniques and best practices
• Ability to design and implement efficient and scalable solutions
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and across departments
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus
