Responsabilitati
- Coordoneaza, monitorizează şi asigură acuratetea procesului de instruire si dezvoltare a personalului;
- Organizeaza evaluarea periodica a personalului angajat, identificand minusurile profesionale ale acestora, gasind variante pentru rezolvarea lor;
- Centralizeaza si tine evidenta scolarizarilor interne si externe, ale actelor aferente acestora si asigura suport pentru realizarea/ organizarea scolarizarilor externe/ interne;
- Organizeaza activitati de motivare a angajatilor;
- Centralizeaza suporturile de curs, tine istoricul cursurilor organizate si urmareste respectarea bugetului alocat scolarizarilor;
- Suport in activitatile de recrutare, administrare personal si salarizare.
- Studii superioare (Psihologie/ Stinte Juridice/ Stiinte Socio-Umane);
- Experienta 1-2 ani in derularea proceselor HR de instruire/ dezvoltare personal;
- Cunostinte priviind metodele/ instrumente de evaluare;
- Capacitatea de a lucra autonom, cu minimum de supervizare;
- Cunostinte operare Microsoft Office;
- Cunoasterea limbii engleze, nivel mediu.
