This is a full-time remote role for a Product Manager. The Product Manager will oversee the development and lifecycle of AI-powered customer experience products, collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, defining product roadmaps, managing product backlogs, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions that align with business objectives. The role also involves gathering user feedback and analyzing data to drive product enhancements and shape strategic decisions.
- Strong product management skills, including product lifecycle management and roadmap planning
- Experience conducting market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to define product features
- Proficiency in project management tools and agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of AI technologies, customer experience solutions, and user-centric product design is preferred
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform product decisions
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver results
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus
- Prior experience in customer experience, SaaS, or AI-driven product management is advantageous
