Location: Abu Dhabi
Project Manager / Senior Project Manager – Offshore Oil & Gas
Location: Offshore, UAE (accommodation, travel, and meals provided)
Salary: AED 60,000 – 65,000 per month + benefits
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale Oil & Gas and Energy projects across the Middle East. This is a site-based, end-to-end project leadership role, managing projects from FEED through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of EPC projects from FEED to commissioning and handover.
- Manage budget, schedule, scope, and risk from an Owner/Client perspective.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineering, procurement, construction, and HSE.
- Interface with contractors, vendors, regulatory authorities, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure quality, HSE compliance, and alignment with company and project standards.
- Prepare and present project status reports, progress updates, and risk assessments to senior management.
Required Experience
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas / Energy projects.
- At least 10+ years in a project management role on large-scale EPC projects, from the Owner/Client side.
- Experience across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
- Proven ability to manage contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Track record in multi-discipline project leadership: process, mechanical, piping, civil/structural, instrumentation, electrical.
- Familiarity with project planning tools (Primavera P6, MS Project) and cost control software (SAP, EcoSys, etc.).
- Knowledge of international codes, standards, and EPC project execution methodologies.
Qualifications & Certifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related field).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
