What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Guide the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices
• Facilitate scrum events, sprint planning, sprint demos, and retrospective meetings
• Maintain relevant metrics to assess team performance
• Support and educate the Product Owner and engage key stakeholders in the development process
• Utilize the VersionOne Agility tool to manage Release Backlog and Sprint/Release execution activities
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience across all phases of the agile software development cycle
• Experience working with Agile teams using Scrum or scaling implementations such as SAFe
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, problem-solving, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or other technical degree
• Knowledge or experience with Supply Chain Management Systems/Platforms
• Experience using Agile Lifecycle Management Tools (Jira, VersionOne, Serena, etc.)
• Certified SAFe Agilist and/or experience as a BA, Scrum Master, or PO within Agile methodology
• Scrum Master Certification
