- Utilize the VersionOne Agility tool to manage Release Backlog and Sprint/Release execution activities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience across all phases of the agile software development cycle
- Experience working with Agile teams using Scrum or scaling implementations such as SAFe
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork, problem-solving, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or other technical degree
- Knowledge or experience with Supply Chain Management Systems/Platforms
- Experience using Agile Lifecycle Management Tools (Jira, VersionOne, Serena, etc.)
- Certified SAFe Agilist and/or experience as a BA, Scrum Master, or PO within Agile methodology
- Scrum Master Certification
