  • Align product launches with marketing, retail operations, and supply chain.
  • Ensure timely sampling, proto approvals, and production readiness.
  • Build and lead a cross-functional team of designers, buyers, and merchandisers.
  • Analyse consumer insights and competition to inform product decisions.
  • Maintain the right product mix, pricing architecture, and margin structure.
  • Ensure adherence to brand DNA, quality guidelines, and design aesthetics.
  • Drive strategic initiatives such as sustainability or private label expansion.
  • Deliver strong business outcomes through data-driven decision-making.
