The Role:

As a Junior Associate, you will support our recruitment consultants in sourcing, engaging, and managing candidates and clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting out in recruitment, with opportunities for career progression as you grow your skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support consultants with candidate sourcing and engagement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating recruitment processes
• Support business development and client management activities
• Contribute to team and company initiatives, including social media and candidate engagement campaigns

Who We’re Looking For:

• Less than 1 year of recruitment experience is welcome
• Some sales or business development experience is required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated, proactive, and keen to learn
• Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Working Arrangements:

• 4 days in the office (Farnborough), 1 day WFH
• Flexible and supportive working environment
