Responsibilities
- Design and develop a responsive website with features similar to rip.ie
- Implement user-friendly navigation and intuitive UI/UX
- Integrate essential functionalities such as obituary listings, search/filter options, and submission forms
- Ensure the platform is secure, scalable, and optimized for performance
- Collaborate remotely and provide regular progress updates
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly
- Deliver the completed project within the agreed timeline
- Proven experience in web design and development, preferably with similar platforms
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant web frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue)
- Experience with backend development (Node.js, PHP, or similar) and database integration
- Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Ability to implement secure user data handling and privacy best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Availability to start immediately and deliver within a few hours
