We are seeking a visionary and experienced Head of Data Science & AI. As a key player in the financial services industry, we are dedicated to leveraging cutting-edge technology to create new services and products to our clients, drive data-driven decision-making and enhance our service offerings. This role is pivotal in shaping our AI strategy and ensuring the successful implementation of data science initiatives across the organization.

What You Will Do

• strategic leadership & collaboration: Define and execute AI and data science strategies aligned with company goals. Lead a team to deliver impactful solutions while working with cross-functional teams to identify AI integration opportunities
• innovation & performance optimization: Drive innovation by adopting cutting-edge AI technologies and industry trends. Implement metrics to measure AI initiatives' success and continuously improve processes and models
• customer focus: Engage with clients to create tailored AI solutions that address their needs and enhance satisfaction
• project management: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with objectives
  
  

What You Bring

• education & experience: Advanced degree in a related field, 10+ years in data science/AI (5+ in leadership), preferably in financial services
• technical & strategic Expertise: Proficiency in machine learning, statistical modeling, and AI technologies. Strong strategic thinking skills to turn data insights into actionable business strategies ivering customized AI solutions with a proactive, innovative approach to challenges
• leadership & communication: Proven ability to lead diverse teams, build end-to-end data applications, and convey technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders
• customer-centric problem-solving: Experience delivering customized AI solutions with a proactive, innovative approach to challenges
