Job Description
This role is responsible for generating new business in collaboration with the Inside Sales Representative with midmarket to enterprise companies across all industry verticals. This person can reside in Sydney or Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide

Job Description
This role is responsible for generating new business in collaboration with the Inside Sales Representative with midmarket to enterprise companies across all industry verticals. This person can reside in Sydney or Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide
The AE will team closely with multiple stakeholders including:
- Marketing/Demand Generation teams to ensure leads are promptly qualified to create a steady sales pipeline
- Pre-sales team to ensure targeted demonstrations that resonate with prospects

- You can manage a complex sales cycle from inception to close.
- You can build and maintain a consistent and sustainable pipeline and have the strategic ability to balance your time on multiple opportunities at various stages of maturity in the sales pipeline
- You pride yourself on preparation, attention to detail, your own CRM updates and forecast accuracy
- You thrive on execution via a proven sales process (MEDDPIC)
- You seek to be coached rather than managed and embrace feedback.
- You have a proven track record of success working in a team environment. You actively seek to involve leadership in the execution of strategic/larger opportunities and you set your colleagues in Customer Success up for success by ensuring they have all they need to know about a customer once a deal is closed so the customer can be onboarded with a positive experience.
- You’re responsive to prospects and understand that getting back to prospects quickly is a big factor in winning deals
- You are naturally inquisitive, you listen to prospects and seek to understand and explain how our product can solve business problems and pain points experienced by our prospects.
- But most importantly you are passionate about sales, are self-motivated and excited about helping clients overcome their challenges.
- You have been in SaaS / B2B technology sales with significant experience in a complex, executive sale and a track record of over-achievement against your assigned quotas
- Know how to communicate across any level incl c-level and understand how interests drive those personas
- You have experience with modern “tech stack” (including salesforce.com) solutions.
- Think and operate strategically and tactically without daily direction from a manager
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit and can think outside the box
- Understand how to build a strong territory plan
- You compete to win but are smart enough to exit a losing situation
- You have had experience in a high-growth, fast-paced start-up which will enable you to quickly learn the Jitterbit product and value proposition
- You hold a bachelor degree or similar, demonstrable life skills
- Min 10 years sales experience
- Ideally, you have worked in the integration/iPaaS /API Management space before
