We are looking for a developer with a passion for Android, who wants to be part of an ambitious cross-functional team that works closely with the business to create the best possible payments app! About The Role
In this role, you will work in a self-organized team consisting of Android and iOS developers, QA and UI/UX professionals. The team also collaborates closely with the backend team (.Net). As an Android Developer in our team, you will have the opportunity to be involved in and contribute to further develop and maintain our Svea Pay app. Your daily work consists mainly of:

You have a can-do attitude, love problem solving and if you have a natural ability to act as a spokesperson for your team that is great. Furthermore, you have a good understanding for the product-lifecycle and business aspects, which gives you the ability to take on a helicopter-perspective. Of course, you also have an interest in new technologies!
If you also have know-how regarding UI and UX development, experience with continuous integration, automation, system architecture and design that’s a bonus!

About The Role
In this role, you will work in a self-organized team consisting of Android and iOS developers, QA and UI/UX professionals. The team also collaborates closely with the backend team (.Net). As an Android Developer in our team, you will have the opportunity to be involved in and contribute to further develop and maintain our Svea Pay app. Your daily work consists mainly of:
- Writing clean and scalable code in Kotlin
- Close collaboration with your team members in executing test-driven development, unit-testing and test automation
- Implementing new features as well as experimenting with new tools and ways of working along the road
- Ensure and ship the best possible code through clean code principles
- Act as a true advisor within your expertise to product owners and other team members in devising technical solutions to business requirements
- Par-programming, crossprogramming across both Android/iOS/.Net
- A few years experience in Android development specifically
- Ability to write clean, testable code in both Java and Kotlin
- A good understanding of Android development and its design patterns and architecture
- Fluent professional English in both speaking and writing
- Understanding of Swedish and willingness to learn more is great
