Senior Manager – Data Analytics

We've had a brand new senior manager level role just go live with one of our clients in the consultancy space. They're looking for someone to lead complex analytics engagements end-to-end — from scoping and solution design to delivery and stakeholder engagement.

You’ll help build and develop a growing team, drive new business opportunities, and play a key role in shaping the talent culture. Expect exposure to a wide range of industries and the chance to create innovative, high-impact solutions using the latest tools, technologies, and approaches.

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading complex analytics engagements, ideally in consultancy setting

• Ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams at once

• Strong hands-on skills with SQL, Python, Tableau/PowerBI, C#, Azure

• Experience across ML, data mining, AI, and visualisation techniques

• Strong commercial awareness and business development experience — proposals, solution development, pitching

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Curiosity for new tech (including GenAI) and how to apply it in real engagements
