Due to the growth of the department, we are looking for a Technical Program Manager who will be responsible for cross-team delivery coordination, alignment with business initiatives, and driving measurable outcomes.

In this role, you will:

• Drive end-to-end delivery of complex cross-functional initiatives across 2–5 engineering teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and external stakeholders to define and track measurable success criteria for major initiatives.
• Manage program roadmaps, dependencies, timelines, and risks; escalate when necessary to ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate effective communication across multiple teams to ensure shared understanding and transparency of priorities, progress, and blockers.
• Support teams in improving delivery predictability, velocity, and quality via agile practices and continuous improvement.
• Own and drive delivery metrics (e.g., release timelines, lead time, cycle time) and business outcomes (e.g., objectives, KRs, Initiatives).
• Act as the glue between technical implementation and strategic objectives - ensuring alignment and accountability across functions.

What we expect of you:

• 5+ years of experience in program / project / delivery management within tech/product organizations.
• Strong technical understanding of SDLC/ Software Development Life Cycle.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale, multi-team programs in agile environments.
• Ability to translate high-level business objectives into concrete, trackable technical deliverables.
• Excellent cross-functional communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
• Language Skills: Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English and Russian. You will need to communicate complex technical concepts in both languages.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, YouTrack.
