Responsibilities
- Evaluate business systems and user needs in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.
- Document requirements, define project scope, and design solutions that align with business goals.
- Translate customer requirements into user stories and high-quality software designs.
- Provide insights on process improvements and automation strategies.
- Create workflow diagrams and analyze system capabilities, delivering actionable specifications.
- Manage and prioritize requirements backlogs, collaborating with stakeholders to refine and clarify needs.
- Propose system modifications based on analysis of current practices.
- Support team efforts, fostering collaboration to achieve organizational objectives.
- Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in fields like Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Management.
- Experience 2-5 years of relevant experience in business analysis or a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to engage with and challenge business process owners constructively.
- Proven experience in managing stakeholder expectations and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
- Certifications such as IREB, BCS, BABOK, BISL, or ISQI.
- Familiarity with BPM, UML, Workflow Diagrams, and TOGAF frameworks.
- Knowledge of APIs, integration tools, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Language Proficiency Fluency in both Dutch and English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Experience across industries such as Public, Financial Services, or Manufacturing is an advantage.
