"The company is recruiting a Strategic Project Manager who will work directly with the CEO, taking charge of strategic initiatives that impact the entire organization. Coordination across departments and with external consultants will be part of the role. ROLE: Identify and analyze significant business issues; Lead planning, execution, and closing of strategic projects; Collaborate with C-suite and department managers to align actions with strategy; Use data insights to guide strategic decisions; Ensure efficient management of budgets, resources, and timeframes; Participate in shaping overall organizational strategy. QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline; MBA is a plus; At least three years’ experience in strategy, consultancy, or project management; Strong analytical and strategic thinking; Ability to multitask within fast-paced environments; Leadership and cross-functional autonomy.
