- Vodenje projektov in projektnih timov ter koordiniranje razvoja proizvodnih procesov in izdelka za serijsko proizvodnjo.
- Pripravljanje celostnih projektih planov (terminski, kakovostni, stroškovni).
- Iskanje inovatinih rešitev za stalno zniževanje stroškov.
- Usklajevanje aktivnosti med različnimi organizacijskimi enotami.
- Sodelovanje v razvojnih timih pri prenosu izdelkov v serijsko proizvodnjo.
- Vsaj VI. stopnjo izobrazbe (strojništvo ali elektrotehnika).
- Smisel za tehniko in ekonomiko.
- Osnove vodstvenih veščin ter sposobnost sodelovanja z ekipo.
- Dobre komunikacijske in pogajalske sposobnosti ter timski duh.
- Aktivno znanje angleškega jezika
- Obvladovanje MS Office in drugih orodij.
- Odgovorno in raznoliko delo.
