As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex blockchain and Web3 initiatives. You will work closely with product, engineering, design, security, and external partners to ensure alignment, remove roadblocks, and keep projects on track in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for crypto-related products and protocol launches
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.)
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, smart contract engineers, designers, and marketing
• Manage relationships and timelines with external partners (security auditors, blockchain foundations, layer-2 teams, exchanges, etc.)
• Track and report on project progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership
• Ensure security audits, testing, and compliance requirements are completed on schedule
• Support transparent communication with the community via Discord, governance forums, and updates
• Continuously improve processes and tools to increase delivery speed and quality

Requirements

• 4+ years of technical project or program management experience
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in crypto, blockchain, or Web3 projects (DeFi, wallets, L1/L2 protocols, NFT platforms, etc.)
• Proven track record of successfully delivering on-chain products or protocol upgrades
• Strong understanding of blockchain development lifecycles, smart contract audits, testnet/mainnet deployments, and token launches
• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Linear, ClickUp, Notion, etc.)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
