Je werkt samen met business stakeholders, IT‑teams en product owners aan het vormgeven en realiseren van technologieoplossingen.
Belangrijkste Verantwoordelijkheden
- Requirements, use cases en procesflows analyseren en documenteren
- Gap‑analyses uitvoeren en optimalisatievoorstellen doen
- UML‑diagrammen, BPMN‑modellen en conceptuele schema’s opstellen
- Testscenario's definiëren / UAT coördineren
- Workshops faciliteren / brugfunctie tussen business en IT
- Ondersteunen van development teams en change‑analyse
- Meewerken aan planning en schattingen

Certificeringen: PMP, Prince2 Practitioner, ITIL, Scrum Master, Product Owner, TOGAF)
