Mission
We are looking for a Software Project Manager based in the Brussels Metropolitan Area to coordinate embedded software development activities within a global automotive engineering context, Belgium, Europe, Japan.
You will act as a key interface between software development, system engineering, and project stakeholders.
Your focus will be on aligning deliverables, tracking changes, and ensuring smooth communication across all technical teams.
While you will not manage budgets or contracts, you will lead the coordination of all aspects of embedded software delivery.
Profile
We are looking for a Software Project Manager based in the Brussels Metropolitan Area to coordinate embedded software development activities within a global automotive engineering context, Belgium, Europe, Japan.
You will act as a key interface between software development, system engineering, and project stakeholders.

While you will not manage budgets or contracts, you will lead the coordination of all aspects of embedded software delivery.
Profile
- Masters or Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience in embedded software development (preferably for automotive or related)
- Knowledge of embedded system architectures or software/system integration contexts
- Familiarity with structured development processes (V-cycle, Agile, hybrid)
- Hands-on experience with Codebeamer, or similar ALM
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Exposure to ISO 26262, ASPICE, Cybersecuirty or other quality and safety standards
- PMP / Scrum Master or SAFe certification is a plus
- Fluent in English; professional level in French preferred
- Long-term position within a high-impact international project team
