Guardium is an Estonian cybersecurity advisory company providing practical, business-focused security and compliance solutions. We help organizations strengthen their cyber resilience, meet regulatory requirements, and operate confidently in an increasingly complex digital landscape.


We are looking for a Business Development Partner to help expand Guardium’s client base across Estonia. This is a high-impact, commission-based role suited for a proactive, ambitious professional who enjoys outreach, building business relationships, and earning directly from performance.


Role & Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential business clients in sectors such as healthcare, logistics, professional services, IT, education, and finance.
  • Execute outreach through LinkedIn, cold calling, and email using Guardium’s proven sales frameworks.
  • Qualify prospects, book consultations, and coordinate closely with our cybersecurity specialists.
  • Support the full sales cycle - from initial contact to contract signing.
  • Maintain an active, growing pipeline and meet monthly/quarterly activity targets.
  • Share market insights to improve messaging, positioning, and outreach strategies.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of qualified meetings booked with decision-makers.
  • Number of new clients successfully closed.
  • Consistent outbound activity across communication channels.
  • Accurate CRM updates and pipeline management.
  • Feedback and satisfaction from onboarded clients.


Compensation

This is a commission-only partnership role. Earnings are fully performance-driven:

  • €300–€500 per closed client (depending on contract value).
  • Recurring monthly commission (5–10%) from the client’s ongoing subscription fees for as long as they remain active.
  • Monthly and quarterly performance bonuses.
  • No earning limits - income is based purely on results.
  • Possibility to transition into a fixed-salary Business Development or Sales Lead role based on achievement.

Example: Closing three average-value clients per month results in €1,200–€1,500+ in commissions.


Required Background

  • Experience or strong interest in B2B sales, lead generation, or partnerships.
  • Excellent communication skills in Estonian and/or English.
  • Comfortable speaking with business owners, managers, and decision-makers.
  • Basic understanding of IT, cybersecurity, or compliance (or willingness to learn quickly).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, LinkedIn outreach, and modern sales tools.
