A Data Analyst (H/F) is responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing large volumes of data to uncover actionable insights that drive business decisions. Key Responsibilities:- Data Collection & Processing: Gather and clean data from multiple sources, ensuring it is accurate, relevant, and ready for analysis. This may involve using data extraction tools, SQL queries, or APIs to pull data from internal and external systems.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and correlations. Conduct statistical analysis, trend forecasting, and predictive modeling to support business strategies.
- Reporting & Visualization: Create regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights to key stakeholders. Use tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to present data in a clear and actionable format.
- Performance Tracking & KPI Monitoring: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics. Provide updates to teams and leadership on progress toward strategic goals and areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, operations) to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions. Communicate analysis results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Data Quality Assurance: Ensure that data is accurate, complete, and consistent. Identify and correct data quality issues, ensuring that business decisions are based on reliable information.
- Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degrees or certifications in data analysis are a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or SAS. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) is essential.
- Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data and extract meaningful insights. Experience in statistical analysis, regression modeling, and trend forecasting is highly desirable.
