Main Responsibilities

As a key player in the platform’s operational success, you will take ownership in:

• Service Request Management.
• IT Service Management (Incident, Problem, Change).
• Security Operations.
• Further Development, Integration & Automation.
• Ensuring smooth integration of all components into the overall ICT infrastructure.
• Acting as the go-to expert for product knowledge and integration topics.
• Close collaboration with Application, Network, and Infrastructure teams.

🌐 Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience operating within large, distributed ICT environments.
• Hands-on knowledge with Trellix Endpoint Protection and other security-relevant tools.
• Practical experience with DevSecOps tools such as:
• Jenkins
• Docker
• Kubernetes
• Solid experience with automation & scripting (PowerShell, Ansible).
• Experience integrating and connecting heterogeneous APIs.
• Engineering skills across methodologies, processes, and structured models.
• Experience working in high-security environments (finance, emergency services, etc.).

Operational & Integration Skills

• Skilled in integrating systems into complex ICT infrastructures.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple technical layers.
• Strong sense of responsibility & independence.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with:
• Endpoint Protection.
• Active Directory.
• PKI.
• Remote Access Services (RAS).
• Fortinet WAF.
• Security Certification Level 11.
• Relevant certifications such as:
• CISSP.
• CEH.
• Trellix security certifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
