We’re looking for a hands-on Product Designer who loves building, iterating, and shipping. This is a pure IC role, no bureaucracy, no endless research cycles, no slow management layers. Just fast, focused product design that moves the needle.

• Own end-to-end design for product features: flows, wireframes, prototypes, polished UI
• Work closely with PMs and engineers to ship fast and iterate quickly
• Use AI tools daily to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and execution
• Turn requirements into clean, intuitive, user-centred solutions
• Participate in design critiques, give and receive feedback, and raise the design bar
• Bring clarity: communicate ideas crisply, logically, and with strong product thinking

• Solid, recent experience in real product design, not just visual or marketing design
• Strong UX/UI execution skills with a portfolio showing end-to-end ownership
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where velocity matters
• Hands-on familiarity with AI tools (Figma AI, image/flow generators, prototyping accelerators)
• Clear, structured communication—no rambling, no fluff
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to work tightly with PM + engineering
