We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager with a proven track record in Master Data standardization across multiple applications. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and deep expertise in change management, enabling successful project delivery in dynamic environments. This role is critical to driving data consistency, optimizing business processes, and ensuring seamless integration across our organization’s technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional IT projects focused on master data standardization and governance across diverse business applications.
• Develop, implement, and monitor project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to define master data standards, requirements, and best practices.
• Drive change management initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, training, and communication strategies to ensure adoption of new data standards and processes.
• Coordinate with business units, IT teams, and external partners to ensure successful data migration and integration efforts.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to address data inconsistencies, integration challenges, and resistance to change.
• Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and communicate updates to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Champion data quality, integrity, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience managing complex IT projects, with at least 3 years focused on master data management and standardization.
• Demonstrated expertise in data governance, data migration, and integration across multiple enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, BI platforms).
• Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead change management initiatives and drive organizational adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification preferred.
