We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join our team in Northern Europe.


Building digital twins of forests


Arbonaut is a pioneer in geospatial technology solutions for natural resource management, with a focus on forestry. For 30 years, we have supported private and public organizations worldwide in planning and implementing the complex forest digitalization projects.


Our story began three decades ago when we developed the world's first forest inventory tools capable of detecting individual trees from aerial and satellite imagery. What is this role like?


As our Senior Sales Manager, you will play an important role in driving the growth of our GIS software solutions. Leveraging your extensive professional network and sales expertise, you will be responsible for cultivating new customer relationships while also nurturing and expanding our existing client base. By working closely with our technical teams, you will identify client needs and translate them into tailored technical solutions that deliver tangible value. Your role involves supporting clients through each stage of the sales journey - from initial discussions to finalizing agreements - while consistently working to drive our business growth


Key responsibilities include:

  • Acquiring new customers and developing existing client relationships
  • Gathering customer intelligence and transforming it into technical solutions
  • Leading the complete sales process from prospecting to contract closure

We are seeking an experienced sales professional who excels in fast-paced environments. As our Senior Sales Manager, you'll apply your expertise in fostering client relationships and designing solutions that directly respond to their individual requirements. By combining your business experience, technical expertise, and genuine interest in GIS technologies, you'll play a key role in Arbonaut's future growth.


In addition, we hope you bring:

  • Demonstrated ability to form strategic partnerships
  • Network in GIS system suppliers
  • Skill in conceptualizing customer insights into viable technical solutions
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus
  • Excellent stakeholder management capabilities, both internally and externally
