As a PMO Procurement Associate Manager, you will play a crucial role in our organization by leading procurement projects across International Markets. International Markets at Ecolab comprises 8 different markets (ANZ, JP, KR, SEA, IMEA, Mexico, BR, LASC). Your efforts will directly impact our ability to deliver high-quality products and services to our customers, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of our industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage procurement projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Drive collaboration between Procurement, Supply-Chain, OI, RDE & Marketing across the 8 markets.
- Ensure progress of global cost-saving and supply assurance projects.
- Create logical plans, realistic estimates, and schedules.
- Initiate and lead cross-functional ideation activities to feed the global project pipeline.
- Identify opportunities and strategies for loss elimination.
- Propose process improvement ideas to reduce time, cost, improve accuracy, or enhance controls.
- Responsible for financial reporting of savings projects and headwinds.
- Effectively communicate results and metrics to leadership/stakeholders as required.
