Are you a communicative, hands-on Lead Engineer with a passion for modern cloud platforms?

Do you want to play a key role in building a brand-new private cloud stack where customers can fully self-serve their cloud needs? Then this might be your next big challenge.

🔧What You’ll Do

As Lead Engineer, you’ll define the technical direction and standards for a completely new platform: customer UI, operations tooling, IaC providers, automation and more.

You’ll guide a team of talented engineers, make swift and well-reasoned decisions, and provide on-the-job coaching.

🧩 What You Bring

- Strong experience in back-end and/or front-end development (back-end preferred)

- Experience with Kubernetes; OpenShift experience is a strong plus

- GitOps experience

- Proficiency in Go

- Infrastructure as Code experience (any language)

- Ability to drive and champion best practices

- Experience building enterprise-grade, critical services

- A solid DevSecOps mindset

- Comfortable with quick decision-making, leadership and coaching
