Your Role
We are seeking a technically strong and experienced Cybersecurity Engineer to support the design, implementation, and validation of cybersecurity controls across vehicle platforms. This role demands hands-on expertise in automotive cybersecurity standards, regulatory compliance, and risk assessment methodologies, especially TARA (Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment) and HARA (Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment).
In this role you will play a key role in:
Key Responsibilities
- Cybersecurity Implementation: Lead the integration of in-vehicle cybersecurity controls and support TARA/HARA at system and vehicle levels.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to global and regional standards, including UNECE R155, ISO/SAE 21434, and Chinese GB/T regulations.
- Architecture & Collaboration: Design and review cybersecurity architectures; work closely with system engineering and E/E architecture teams.
- Development & Lifecycle Support: Contribute across the vehicle development lifecycle using platforms like Vector AUTOSAR, Linux, QNX, and Android.
Technical knowledge of implementing in-vehicle cybersecurity controls
- Standards Expertise: Solid working knowledge of GB/T 44495, GB 44496, GB/T 44464, UNECE R155, and ISO/SAE 21434.
- Cybersecurity Architecture: Strong understanding of cybersecurity architectural designs, controls, and system engineering principles.
- E/E & Functional Architecture: Deep familiarity with functional and electrical/electronic (E/E) architecture in automotive systems.
- Hands-on Platform Experience: Practical experience with Vector AUTOSAR (Cybersecurity), Linux, QNX, and Android environments.
- Systems Thinking: Ability to apply system engineering principles across complex vehicle development projects.
Expertise in TARA and HARA methodologies for risk and hazard analysis
