IT Network Administrator

As an IT Network Administrator, you are a technical specialist with strong communication skills, primarily responsible for execution and oversight. From your area of expertise, you provide service-oriented support to internal customers.

• You are responsible for maintaining and replacing LAN, WLAN, WAN, and internet-related software and hardware for all European and international locations, including India and Brazil. This includes responsibility for the SD-WAN environment, F5 Load Balancing, DHCP and DNS services, as well as maintaining the IP plan.
• Daily tasks include monitoring, resolving incidents, and implementing changes.

Job Requirements

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor Degree (HBO) working and thinking level in the field of ICT. You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position, are up to date with current IT developments, and are interested in the operational management of Cisco-based network environments. You are also willing to participate in an on-call rotation in the future to resolve issues outside regular office hours.

You have experience working with both wired and wireless network environments.

Additionally, you have:

• Experience configuring Cisco Nexus and Catalyst switches, Cisco routers, and Cisco wireless controllers and access points. CCNP certification is a plus.

Knowledge of:

• Silverpeak SD-WAN
• BGP routing
• Cisco Catalyst Center
• Palo Alto Firewall (VPN S2S)
• Cisco ACI / Nexus switches
• DHCP, DNS, IP, routing protocols
• Affinity with IT security
