Job Tittle: Creative Developer

Salary: AED 25,000 + VISA + Medical Insurance

Length of Contract: 6 Months + Possibility of extension

Client: A reputed global IT MNC.

In this contract role, you will help deliver innovative automation solutions that shape the future

of creative workflows for our TV App and service. By blending technical expertise with creative

insight, you will help build automation tools that fuel project efficiency, inspire meaningful work,

and evolve production processes.

As an independent technical specialist, you will contribute ideas and execute solutions swiftly,

working autonomously to support content design automation and production projects that help

define the future of creative tools and contribute to our creative development objectives.

As a Creative Developer contractor, you will contribute solutions across several core areas. You

will provide specialist services to stakeholders in the Content Design org to advance design

automation, helping build tools that optimise processes and increase team efficiency. You will

help innovate existing design tooling and develop new projects to enhance creative workflows

and reimagine design processes through intelligent automation.

You will help build web and native macOS apps to create efficiencies in production design and

automate artwork at scale. By developing scripts for Photoshop and After Effects and creating

macOS services, you will help reduce repetitive work and boost productivity for Editorial and

Production Design teams. This includes helping maintain delivered software solutions and

providing updates in line with macOS, Photoshop, and other tool releases. You will create and

maintain documentation for delivered tools and provide consultancy support on implementation

and enhancements.

You will support collaboration effectively with global teams across different time zones as an

external specialist, adapting your solutions to new paradigms and ways of working. Your work

will help inform new technical initiatives, identifying and exploring automation opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python for server-side development.

• Experience building web applications with React and TypeScript.

• Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and HTTP protocols.

• Experience with Git and GitHub for version control and repository management.

• Demonstrated ability to rapidly prototype and iterate on web-based solutions.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with both Design and Engineering teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical

experience.
