The Human Resources Executive is responsible for supporting the full spectrum of HR functions, with a strong emphasis on recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. The role involves working closely with internal stakeholders to drive effective talent acquisition, enhance employee experience, and foster a positive and harmonious workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and selection.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, pre-employment checks, and hiring approval processes.
- Handle salary proposals, conduct market benchmarking, and manage job offer issuance and contract preparation.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, tracking recruitment progress for reporting and manpower planning purposes.
- Support employer branding initiatives, including participation in career fairs and outreach events.
- Plan, organise, and execute employee engagement activities and corporate events (e.g., staff welfare programmes, company functions, recognition initiatives, teambuilding sessions).
- Conduct employee surveys and assist in developing action plans to enhance workplace satisfaction and organisational culture.
- Work pass administration and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to HR-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
- Resourceful, proactive, and able to take initiative.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Customer service–oriented with strong interpersonal abilities.
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong data analytical skills, with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, or HR analytics platforms.
- IHRP certification is preferred.
