Cryptocurrency Operations Specialist (NYSE Listed, Up to $6K + Guaranteed AWS + Bonus)

The successful candidate will manage wallet infrastructure, support daily crypto settlements, and ensure operational accuracy for various trading products.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of hands-on experience with institutional wallet systems and trading platforms, coupled with a solid understanding of Crypto CFD/Spot trading, OTC operations, and settlement processes.

Core Responsibilities

Wallet & Custody Management:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain hot, warm, and cold wallets across multiple custodians.
• Execute and verify crypto deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers.
• Coordinate security and compliance checks (e.g., address whitelisting, travel rule checks).

OTC Settlement & Treasury:

• Oversee daily Crypto CFD and spot OTC trading flows, ensuring accurate execution, hedging, and exposure management.
• Operate and maintain trading and liquidity aggregation platforms (e.g., MT5, OneZero Hub equivalent) for pricing, symbol setup, and margin parameters.
• Manage real-time position monitoring, P&L validation, and trade data reconciliation.
• Coordinate with liquidity providers for competitive pricing and execution quality.
• Support configuration of new CFD pairs (stablecoins, altcoins, major assets).

Monitoring & Compliance:

• Track and investigate transaction anomalies and exceptions.
• Maintain detailed transaction logs to support audit and compliance reporting.
• Assist with regulatory record-keeping where required.

Process Improvement:

• Contribute to the development and enhancement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for digital asset operations.
• Support integration testing for new upstream providers or custody solutions.

Requirements & Technical Competencies

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in crypto operations, treasury, settlement, or digital asset custody.
• Platform Proficiency: Expertise with trading platforms (e.g., MT5) and liquidity aggregation platforms (e.g., OneZero Hub).
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of blockchain confirmations, various token standards (e.g., ERC20), network fee dynamics, and settlement flows.
• Regulatory Awareness: Experience working in regulated financial environments or knowledge of custody and operational risk guidelines is advantageous.
• Attributes: Highly reliable, able to work independently, and comfortable supporting issues outside regular hours when required.
