We are looking for a Vice President, Technology Strategy to join a global technology team operating in an agile, product-driven environment and serve as the key link between local business needs and global technology strategy. Your role ensures alignment of priorities, drives adoption of global solutions, and supports transformation initiatives across multiple affiliates. This position is critical for shaping regional tech roadmaps, managing budgets, and fostering collaboration to deliver measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technology contact for the management entity, ensuring local business needs inform global product strategy.
- Define and communicate a three-year technology roadmap aligned with business priorities and global mandates.
- Manage regional budgets, monitor costs, and track value realization from deployed solutions.
- Oversee local deployment and adoption of global tech products, including change management and KPI tracking.
- Lead and coach proximity teams, including Business Engagement Leads and Domain Proximity Leads, to achieve objectives.
- Ensure business continuity by managing local application portfolios and coordinating transitions to global capability teams.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including C-level executives, and external partners such as vendors and service providers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in technology strategy, change management, and team leadership.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively.
- Deep understanding of agile principles and application landscapes.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence at senior levels.
- Experience managing multicultural teams and remote collaboration.
- Knowledge of Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain processes.
