• 2 to 3 years of proven work experience as a Back-end / Front-end developer
• Create new websites, features, and enhancements as per customer requirements
• Work closely with the Project Manager and Team Lead
• Write clean, high-quality code following development best practices
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle
• Perform testing of features before deployment
• Programmatic testing using PHPUnit or similar frameworks is highly valued
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Laravel MVC framework
• Strong knowledge of OOP/MVC with PHP and MySQL on Linux platforms
• Solid version control experience (GitHub, SourceTree)
• Expertise in developing and consuming REST APIs
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (Requirements, Design, Development, Testing)
• Experience in relational database design and MySQL development
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to solve complex performance and architectural challenges
• Understanding of MVC/MVVM design patterns
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript, Angular, React, HTML5, and CSS3
• Strong understanding of object-oriented PHP programming
• Understanding of scalable application design principles
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and related query languages
  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, or Computer Science
• Core experience in Laravel / CI (CodeIgniter) technology
• Strong knowledge of PHP 8+
• Solid understanding of OOP concepts and threading
• Hands-on experience with MySQL 8+
• Knowledge of CMS frameworks such as OpenCart or WordPress (added advantage)
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Advanced technical capabilities
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
