Hiring Product Designers with knowledge in UI/UX design or related fields.

Salary: INR 9,00,000 - 11,00,000 / year

Responsibilities

  • Translate user and product requirements into high-quality, usable designs for a suite of solutions
  • Gather actionable insights through on-ground user research, including observational studies, user interviews, prototyping erc
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, client success, R&D and other teams to align on product goals and roadmap
  • Advocate for and embed user-centred design thinking into every stage of the product development lifecycle
  • Support the product management team in defining feature specs and driving adoption through design decisions
  • Leverage insights from qualitative and quantitative data to refine user experience and maximize product value

Eligibility

  • This is an entry-level job
  • Solid foundation in UI/UX principles, interaction design, and visual design best practices
  • Strong collaboration, communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related fields
  • Sound reasoning and decision-making grounded in user needs and product context
