Salary: INR 9,00,000 - 11,00,000 / year

Responsibilities

Translate user and product requirements into high-quality, usable designs for a suite of solutions
Gather actionable insights through on-ground user research, including observational studies, user interviews, prototyping erc
Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, client success, R&D and other teams to align on product goals and roadmap
Advocate for and embed user-centred design thinking into every stage of the product development lifecycle
Support the product management team in defining feature specs and driving adoption through design decisions
Leverage insights from qualitative and quantitative data to refine user experience and maximize product value

Eligibility

This is an entry-level job
Solid foundation in UI/UX principles, interaction design, and visual design best practices
Strong collaboration, communication and presentation skills
Bachelors or Masters degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related fields
Sound reasoning and decision-making grounded in user needs and product context
