Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated Product Management Intern to assist in shaping and enhancing user experiences on Ketto’s platform. As a PM intern, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to the ideation process, and assist in building and optimizing features that drive user engagement and platform efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with senior product managers to understand user needs, market trends, and business goals.
- Assist in defining product roadmaps, gathering requirements, and creating detailed specifications.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to prototype and launch new features.
- Support data analysis initiatives to track product performance and user behavior.
- Engage in user feedback sessions and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Participate in product review meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation within the platform.
- Help document product workflows, user guides, and training materials.
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Basic understanding of product management principles and software development life cycles.
- Proficiency in using product tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles is beneficial.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with product development in a dynamic tech environment.
