Role: 3rd Line Network Support Engineer

Location: London (TOP01)

We are looking for an experienced 3rd Line Network Support Engineer to join an existing team of 3rd Line Support engineers. Your role will involve providing operational support to enterprise environments. You will collaborate with the rest of the team to maintain remote support of the infrastructure and hosted applications.

Day-to-day activities will include:

•Managing the Network Infrastructure.

•Patch Management.

•Network Monitoring.

•Upgrades and Maintenance.

•Citrix App Delivery Controller (formerly Netscaler)

•Junos SPACE

•SolarWinds Products


Please note, candidates will be required to undergo a level of security clearance necessary for this role and must be willing and eligible to do so.

There is not remote working available for this role, due to the nature of the project.
