This is a contractual Mid Product Designer role based in Sydney, NSW. The role offers a hybrid work setup, allowing for a combination of in-office presence and work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include crafting user-centric designs, conducting user research, applying design thinking principles, and collaborating with teams to deliver innovative and impactful product solutions.

• Strong skills in Visual Design, Product Design, and creating user-friendly interfaces
• Experience with Design Thinking methodologies to approach and solve complex problems
• Proficient in User Research and UX Research to gather insights and inform decision-making
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design ideas and concepts
• Experience working in agile or similar collaborative environments
• Knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred
