About The Role
We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team and help shape the user experience and interface of our product. Much of the core design work is already completed, including the happy path user flows, but we need someone to take it further refining flows, building new components, and ensuring a cohesive design aligned with our Design Language System (DLS).

About The Role
We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team and help shape the user experience and interface of our product. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine and evolve existing user journeys.
- Design and develop new UI components in alignment with the existing DLS.
- Apply best practice UX design principles, particularly for mobile-first experiences.
- Work closely with other designers to iterate, gather feedback, and maintain design consistency.
- Contribute to the accessibility of the product with an awareness of WCAG standards.
- Maintain a strong delivery mindset, able to progress design work independently while engaging with stakeholders.
- Proven experience in UI/UX design, with strong visual design skills.
- Deep understanding of mobile UX best practices.
- Experience working with or contributing to a Design Language System (DLS).
- Basic knowledge of Information Architecture (IA) not expected to be an expert.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.
- A Passion for continuous learning and a strong drive to grow capabilities in AI and emerging technologies.
