At CFOTECH we are looking for a Solution Engineer Sr to join an important client.

As a Solution Engineer, you'll work with diverse technologies, explore various infrastructures, and test cutting-edge access solutions. Your insights will directly contribute to product development while you tackle complex technical challenges. What You’ll Do

● Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise IT teams, guiding them through the deployment, rollout, and optimization of secure VDI environments built on Thinfinity Workspace.

● Design and implement delivery architectures for virtual desktops and virtual applications, leveraging reverse proxy access and secure publishing through protocols like RDP, VNC, and SSH, with gateway hardening, session brokering, and context-aware identity policies that ensure scalability and compliance.

● Lead cloud-based projects primarily on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), our core platform, and across Azure, AWS, and GCP for hybrid deployments.

● Assist clients migrating from Citrix or VMware Horizon, modernizing virtual desktop and app delivery through Thinfinity’s web-based platform.

● Guide Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) and Remote Privileged Access Management (RPAM) implementations aligned with enterprise security frameworks and compliance standards.

● Collaborate with Product & Engineering, channeling customer feedback into roadmap decisions and technical enhancements.

● Travel for implementations and events in Brazil, Chile, Peru, Colombia, and the USA, ensuring successful deployments and strong customer relationships.

● Produce clear, concise documentation, architecture diagrams, and training materials to empower customer teams with technical independence.

• 7+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales Engineer, Technical Consultant, or similar role focused on infrastructure, virtualization, or VDI.
• Proven experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops or VMware Horizon environments.
• Strong understanding of Windows Server administration, remote access protocols (RDP, VNC, SSH, VPN), and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, Oracle Cloud).
• Hands-on knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms including Oracle Cloud, Azure, AWS, GCP, or IONOS.
• Excellent communication skills in English (fluent), Portuguese proficiency is highly desirable.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and task management platforms like Jira.
• Bonus: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
