Responsibilities

Develop and deploy LLM- and RAG-based features across the client’s ecosystem.

Build AI pipelines (embeddings, vector search, inference, evaluation).

Integrate AI with existing APIs, data systems, and product modules.

Fine-tune/customize models using client-specific data.

Ensure performance, safety, compliance, and observability of AI solutions.

Collaborate with product, platform, and data teams for end-to-end delivery.

Must Haves

5+ years in software engineering and applied AI roles.

Strong programming experience with Python and TypeScript/JavaScript.

Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT-4o, Claude, Llama, Mistral, Gemini, etc.).

Experience building RAG systems, agents, and multimodal workflows.

Experience working with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS).

Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar.

Experience deploying models in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and data pipelines.

Experience working within large or modular ecosystems (SaaS platforms, microservices, data platforms, etc.).

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams.

Nice to Haves

Experience with fine-tuning, GPU optimization, or AI governance.

Remote (in LATAM) — must be located in the Latin America (Argentina is highly preferred)

Contract Role: Part-time: 20 hours/week or Full-time: 40 hours/week
