Cybersecurity Support Associate


Are you passionate about cybersecurity and eager to work in a dynamic, global environment? At PwC, our team focuses on protecting organizations from cyber threats through advanced technologies and innovative strategies.


What you’ll do:

  • Provide comprehensive security solutions across multiple domains.
  • Respond to ServiceNow tickets with troubleshooting guidance and remediation recommendations.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Technical Service Guides (TSGs).
  • Assist users with daily technical issues and maintain high-quality service.
  • Perform application security design reviews and integrate security controls throughout the Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL).
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to implement security requirements across development, QA, staging, and operations phases.


What we’re looking for:

  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity and information security principles.
  • Experience using ticketing systems (ServiceNow).
  • Ability to follow SOPs and technical guides to resolve issues.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Advanced English (spoken and written).
  • Adaptability and quick learning mindset.
