Description :

Data analyse + project management.

This is for an HR transformation program, where they start with Payroll & HRIS domains.

There is a particular focus on data in this context, as a solid HR data model will form the basis for efficient processes, reporting and (later) AI HR agents.

Profile with the following characteristics, in order of priority:

• Experience in project management for HR systems
• Knowledge of IT integrations and data modeling
• Knowledge of HR processes
• Hands-on, performs business analysis and testing in collaboration with HR experts & mgmt.
• 2 days a week at the office
• Experience in scale-up / mid-size environment
• Knowledge of databases (SQL)
• Vlot met excel (tracking HR KPIs, business cases)
• Change mgmt. skills
